This page explains how your data is handled when you contact Lago Privé or submit a booking request. Lago Privé acts as a concierge and recommendation service: bookings are operated and invoiced by verified partner operators.

Lago Privé acts as data controller for your initial enquiry and contact details. When a booking is arranged, the selected partner operator that provides and invoices the specific service acts as an independent data controller for that booking. - Your request details: preferred date, number of guests, desired experience
- Any information you choose to share in your message
3. Why We Collect It
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and coordinate your booking with the operating partner. We do not use your data for automated profiling or unsolicited marketing.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent (given when you submit the form) and on the steps necessary to respond to your request (pre-contractual measures), under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. EU 2016/679).
